We want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help, and please review our processing, shipping, and return policies below.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. Custom orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Order Updates

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.

Lost, Delayed & Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Honi’s Pressed is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier-related delivery issues

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, we’re happy to help however we can.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected
  • Change of mind
  • Normal wear after use
  • Improper application or removal

We strongly recommend purchasing a Sizing Kit if you’re unsure of your nail size before ordering.


💔 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description

We’ll review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
